Jim Medall forms new company to help bankers and developers turn around failing or failed projects and identify real estate ventures with potential for success

But it can take an experienced eye and seasoned professionals to accurately assess the landscape and see the real estate opportunities that have positive potential, identify and find solutions that can save troubled projects.

Jim Medall – the award-winning developer behind North Carolina’s most successful residential real estate projects and Charlotte’s Developer of the Year for the past four years -- has formed a new company, Single Bar Real Estate Advisors, LLC, to begin providing expert advice to bankers, Realtors, real estate developers, and investors on how to maneuver through and succeed in the current market conditions and beyond.

Single Bar will offer advice on how to turn around troubled projects, find financing, and accurately assess great investments from ones that look may look great, but are fundamentally flawed in ways that could prevent long term yield on investment. Single Bar is a licenced broker in California, Colorado, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In addition to providing strategic decision-making advice and project review, Medall will lead a team of experienced master planned community professionals creating a coalition of award-winning creative talent that can be brought into revitalize a project or design and execute a winning marketing plan, as well as manage and to build out master planned communities of any size.
